2.0 Objectives

2.1 Develop an end to end QOS architecture. Identify all necessary QOS control points and management/control interfaces.

2.2 Determine a suitable way of mapping WAN to LAN QoS.

2.3 Develop a way of including intra home, non-tariffed traffic into the QOS control scheme.

2.4 Identify a solution of giving flexibility and freedom to the customers in managing their QoS profile while “protecting” premium services provided by the operator
