A block of rooms has been reserved with a special room rate of € 91/night (single room) and € 99/night (double room) including breakfast until 10th May 2011. Please contact the hotel directly and mention the HGI meeting to make your reservation

MEETING FEES

The cost for each participant (including meeting rooms, coffee breaks, lunches and WiFi Internet access) is :

  • 350€ for on-line registration before 20 May 2011 - 12:00 (noon) CEST
  • 450€ for on-line registration after 20 May 2011 - 12:00 (noon) CEST

    Refund policy: On request, the meeting fees (-50€) will be refunded if the cancellation is effective 7 days before the start of the meeting. After this, no refund is possible.

    WARNING: The on-line payment/registration is MANDATORY. Your registration MUST be followed by a confirmation e-mail on your mailbox. Delegates will NOT be authorized to attend the meeting without a badge.

    Paperless meeting : As all HGI meetings are paperless, we recommend that you print this page together with the maps, agenda and schedule before your departure.

    Visa information

    • Please send your request to contact@homegatewayinitiative.org. Please include in your request all information that your embassy requires in the letter, as well as the method by which you would like to receive the signed letter. Turnaround time for visa letters is two business days. Should you wish to receive it by courrier, please be aware that your company will be invoiced accordingly.  The invitation letters are done in English.  Invitation letter can be found here.


    OBSERVER

    This meeting is restricted to HGI Members only. However, non-Members may ask to attend as an observer. The request should be sent to contact@homegatewayinitiative.org and is subject to approval by the HGI Board.

    In order to be considered as an Observer, the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

  • Board approval
  • Signed NDA. To get a blank NDA click here.
  • The meeting fee is not requested if only one person joins, it will be requested for a second or a third person
